Hi. It's me again. Much like everyone else, I found the Super Bowl boring and the commercials mediocre at best. I did try a new recipe though. I attempted to make fried mozerella bites. Although I hail from the South, the land of fried everything, I have never fried a thing so I had no idea what I was doing. It turns out all you do is roll some fresh mozerella in flour, then eggs, then bread crumbs, and drop them in hot oil for 2-3 minutes. Genius.

Taa dah! They were good, but not great. I think I needed some fresh herbs to help the flavor.

 

Next weekend is my favorite weekend of the year, Friday is Valentine's and Monday is my birthday. A birthday on Monday? I must have drawn the short straw or something. Greg and I have already mapped out a plan of action to celebrate the day of love and the celebration of my birth - We are watching all the Godfather movies from the start and making fondue. Romance people. Pure romance.
